Consular services
The Consular section of the Embassy of Finland in Tokyo provides consular services that include passports for Finnish citizens, assistance to Finnish citizens in distress, population registration, notary services, and matters relating to military service and Finnish citizenship. Pre-elections are also arranged by the Finnish missions. Consulate section also provides information about Finnish authorities, and gives general advice in legal and administrative issues.
